Hi there, I’m Alexandra.

I discovered yoga during my time working in the fast-paced corporate fashion industry in New York City. Seeking relief from stress and anxiety, I turned to the practice and quickly found it transformative—helping me reconnect with my body, calm my mind, and rediscover balance. This journey inspired me to become a yoga teacher in 2018, sharing the tools that had such a profound impact on my life.

From there, my path deepened. After moving to California, I immersed myself in mindfulness practices, completing meditation training and earning a breathwork certification. These experiences expanded my understanding of the mind-body connection and fueled my passion for guiding others on their own journeys to well-being.

Now rooted in the breathtaking mountains of Crested Butte, Colorado, I focus on teaching yoga, leading retreats, hosting workshops, and creating intentional spaces for community, connection, and growth. For me, yoga is about aligning the mind, body, and soul while fueling life’s purpose in healthy and fulfilling ways.

As someone who grew up as an athlete—riding horses competitively in hunter-jumper events—I’ve always felt connected to movement and the outdoors. Today, that connection continues to thrive through skiing, hiking, and simply exploring nature with my dog, Shadow, my loyal adventure buddy.

Through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, I hope to inspire others to live intentionally, embrace adventure, and create balance in their lives—both on and off the mat.
